Represented Juvamed, a mainland China dermatology technology group, in its investment in Endymed, a publicly listed Israeli group in the professional and home use medical aesthetic markets, through the purchase of shares from existing investors and the subscription in a rights offering. This is one of the few Chinese investments in Israeli-listed companies.

Acted on behalf of the shareholders of LVM Holdings operating Elite Havens, the leading provider of high-end vacation rentals in Asia, with more than 200 villas in Southeast Asia, on its sale to Dusit International, a leading hospitality group headquartered in Thailand.
