The Taylor Wessing Group has launched a Global Data Hub in the form of a new microsite, which is a one-stop shop for up-to-date, international information on data protection law, insights, practical help and guidance. Renowned International Arbitrator joins RHTLaw Taylor Wessing

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing is proud to announce the addition of renowned academic and international arbitrator, Professor M. Sornarajah, as a Senior Consultant of the firm with effect from 20 November 2012. Professor Sornarajah is a CJ Koh Professor at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore, a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), and a regional panel member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), among his other notable appointments. Professor Sornarajah is highly regarded in the area of international arbitration and he brings to the firm his unique expertise in international law. He has appeared in several leading investment arbitrations, either as arbitrator or as counsel, and has published extensively in the areas of public international law and international investment law. Mr Subhas Anandan, Senior Partner of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, comments: “At present, we have Senior Consultant, Mr LP Thean, a former Court of Appeal judge, who does International Arbitration work. Taylor Wessing International Partner Conference

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing will be taking part in the Taylor Wessing International Partner Conference held in Monaco from 15th to 16th November 2012.  The International Partner Conference is an annual event that allows Partners from the various Taylor Wessing offices to meet and build a strong working relationship with their counterparts, taking advantage of the opportunities as an international firm and fulfilling the Firm’s potential.
